We believe that the Internet site visitor, ("you") have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit our Internet site and what type of information is collected. The guidelines contained herein only apply to visitors to the publicly accessed portion of the WIC-Ed.com Internet web site, and do not pertain to registered WIC participants using the WIC-Ed.com interactive nutrition education tool.

While we do not require that you provide us with personally identifiable information in order to visit and use the Guest area of the WIC-Ed.com site, please note that in order to participate in the interactive activities it will be necessary for you to provide demographic information.

Personal information

We respect the privacy of the visitors to our site and are committed to protecting the information that you share with us. We store information internally in a controlled, secure environment. Our partner company, Advanced Networking and Communications Corp. controls the hosting servers. WIC participant and guest Information is shared exclusively with the State or Native American Nation leasing the WIC-Ed.com product.

Collection of Information

We may ask you to provide "personal information", meaning individually identifiable information that you provide on our tool such as your email address, name, mailing address, or telephone number which is associated with individually identifiable information, ("Personal Data"), to enable you to use our service.

Use of "Cookies"

We will not share Personal Data you provide on the WIC-Ed.com tool with any other parties, except (a) with your WIC office; (b) as may be required by law or court order; or (c) when necessary to protect the personal safety or property of our users, the public or us. Use and Disclosure of Anonymous Aggregated Information
